Meals for groups and half board
MEALS FOR GROUPS
You would like to organize a meal for a group (30 people maximum) as part of:
- A day of trek
- A snowshoe hike at night
- A birthday, a baptism…
I can propose to you different formulas without accommodation, for lunch or dinner: raclette, fondue, tartiflette, dish of meat, blanquette, diots/crozets…

HALF BOARD
To ensure conviviality and sharing, only one menu will be served around big tables. Like at home, giving a hand to dress and clean the tables will be much appreciated.

- A starter : salad or soup
- A dish with meat and starches or with a cheese basis
- A homemade dessert or seasonal fruits
I will serve local receipts, others cooked during my wanderings in the Alps. Everything is cooked by me in order to offer a cuisine as generous as delicious.
The use of local and seasonal products guides my menus (cheeses and dairy products from Vercors, vegetables and fruits from Royans, meat from Vercors).

For lunch, I can propose to you lunch boxes for take away and made to reinvigorate without being too heavy for your backpack. As I take care to limit wrapping, you can bring your Tupperware that I will fill.
Breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 9.30 am. You will enjoy tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, cereals, bread, butter and homemade marmalades.
Specific diets : a specific menu can be cooked for people with allergies, vegetarians, meals without pork… Please let me know in advance so I will cook you something different.
